Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygienic liners still securely attached.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
